HERB & GARLIC FISH 
1 c. mayonnaise or light mayonnaise
1 tsp. each dried marjoram leaves, dried thyme, and garlic powder
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 lb. fish fillets

Mix dressing and seasonings. Place fish on greased grill over medium coals or broiler pan 2-4 inches from heat. Brush with 1/4 dressing mixture. Grill or broil 5-8 minutes (until lightly browned). Turn; brush with 1/4 dressing. Continue grilling or broiling 5-8 minutes (until lightly browned). Serve. Remaining mixture is for tartar sauce.
