3 c. broccoli flowerets
6 slices bacon, fried crisp, drained & crumbled
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Cut flowerets off broccoli stalks. Discard stalks. Toss together broccoli flowerets, bacon, onion and cheese.

In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix well. Pour dressing over salad and toss thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Salad will keep several days refrigerated in a tightly sealed container. 6 servings.
