CHINESE NEW YEAR COOKIES 
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1 med. can salted Spanish peanuts (with skins on)
1 med. can curly Chinese noodles

In double boiler, melt chips until creamy. In large bowl, mix peanuts and noodles. Pour chocolate into bowl and toss until completely covered. On wax paper, drop by large teaspoons - cookies will look similar to Chinese characters. Cool overnight. Store in foil lined tin box. Approximately 72 cookies.

Butterscotch chips may be substituted for chocolate chips.
