CHICKEN WITH RICE & MUSHROOMS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton rice & sauce, Cheddar broccoli
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, halved

Serves 4 - 180 calories.

Microwave Directions: In 2 quart casserole, microwave butter with mushrooms uncovered 1 minute. Stir in water and rice and sauce - Cheddar broccoli and microwave 7 minutes; stir. Arrange chicken over mixture. Microwave 7 minutes or until chicken is done, turning chicken once.

Stove Top Directions: In medium skillet, melt butter and cook chicken until done. Remove and keep warm. Into skillet add mushrooms and cook 1 minute. Stir in water and rice and sauce - Cheddar broccoli and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until rice is tender. To serve arrange chicken over rice mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
