MEXICAN DINNER 
2 cans refried beans
1 1/2-2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. grated cheese
1-1 1/2 c. guacamole
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. can black olives
6 green onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
8 oz. picante sauce
Tortilla chips
Warm flour tortillas

Brown meat and onions; drain. Add taco seasoning and follow package directions. Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place beans in pan, then meat mixture. Cover with picante sauce and top with cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes. Remove from oven and top with guacamole, sour cream, green onions, tomatoes and olives. Serve with chips to dip into or spoon onto warm tortillas. Serves 8.
