POT ROAST DINNER 
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder OR
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 1/4 c. wine vinegar
Dash salt
Dash black pepper
3 whole onions
2 cans tomato paste
1 tsp. crushed red peppers
2 lb. pot roast
Potatoes
Carrots

Place meat in center of roasting pan. Place onions, carrots, and potatoes around meat. Add spices. Spread tomato paste over meat. Add water until surface of meat is just about covered.

Place pan in 400 degree oven for 1-2 hours for desired consistency of vegetables and meat (rare - well done).
