TEXAS CHEESE DIP 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
2 lbs. velveeta cheese
1/2 stick of butter
1 small can of rotel tomatoes
1 small onion
1/2 cup of jal.

Cook hamburger meat until brown. Drain well and set aside. Sauté onion in butter. Dice cheese and add to mixture. Add rotel, hamburger meat and jal. Mix well and serve.
