1 c. strawberries
2 c. butter (4 sticks)
1/3 c. confectioners sugar

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or mixing bowl until light pink in color.

Note: This freezes well and can be used right from the freezer.

Makes 2 1/2 cups of butter. Excellent served with hot popovers!
