SALISBURY STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
Bread crumbs
1 egg
Water
2 env. of dry soup mix onion and mushroom
Salt, pepper, garlic

In a large bowl, mix hamburger, egg, bread crumbs, 1 env. of soup mix and about 1/8 cup water. Mix to the consistency of a moist meatloaf. Add bread crumbs or water if necessary. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Shape into patties, fry. Make a gravy, according to package directions, with the rest of the soup mix. Pour over steaks. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve.
