PUMPKIN CRISP | |
1 c. pumpkin 3 eggs 1 c. granulated sugar 1 can Pet milk 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Combine above ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9x13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle dry 1 large yellow cake mix on above. Sprinkle 1 cup chopped nuts on cake mix. Melt 2 sticks butter and spread over the above. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour. Let cool 20 minutes. FROSTING: 8 oz. cream cheese 3/4 c. Cool Whip 2 c. powdered sugar Spread over the pumpkin crisp. |
