QUICK ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground beef
5 diced green onions
1/2 c. grated cheese (any variety)
1 can chopped olives
Garlic salt
1 jar enchilada sauce
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 can hot chili beans

Brown meat with onions; add beans. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients reserving some sauce. Heat tortillas in the bag in the microwave for 1 minute. Put some sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Put mixture in tortilla and roll placing rolled tortilla in the pan. Top with remaining sauce and some cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
