SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. herb stuffing 1 stick butter 1 pt. sour cream 1 can summer squash (yellow) 1 sm. jar pimento 2 med. carrots, grated 1 frozen onion, chopped (1/2 pkg.) 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted 1. Drain squash and pimentos. 2. Add all ingredients. 3. Put in casserole dish. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. This recipe is great for church functions, carry well. |
