PICKLED BEANS 
2 pk. beans
1 qt. red vinegar
3 to 4 heads garlic, chopped finely
2 c. onions, chopped finely
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. oil
1 qt. bean water

You will also need 15 pint jars.

Cook beans for 15 to 20 minutes or until "nutty". Bring liquid to boil and pour over not beans. Spoon into hot jars, making sure beans are covered with liquid.
