DILLY BEANS PICKLES 
2 lbs. green beans
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic
2 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salt
4 heads dill

Pack beans lengthwise into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.

1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic
1 head dill

Combine remaining ingredients and bring to boiling. Pour hot over beans. Put on covers. Process 10 minutes in hot water bath. Let age 2 weeks for flavor to develop.
