FRENCH TOAST SOUFFLE 
8 slices bread with crusts removed
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
2 c. milk
1/3 c. REAL maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
12 eggs, whipped

Combine in 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Cover overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
