CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
Ginger cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 6x10x3 inch springform pan. Crush 10 ginger snaps into fine crumbs and dust bottom and sides with the crumbs. Beat cheese, sugar, beat until light and feathery. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each one. Beat in vanilla and sour cream. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with ginger snaps.
