CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. can crabmeat
1/2 tsp. onion juice (or bits of chopped onion)
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat milk in double boiler (or on low in microwave) and add other ingredients in order listed. Put in casserole and cover with crumbs and bits of butter. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees until crumbs are well browned.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
