SHRIMP ETOUFFEE 
1 lb. hot sausage
2 c. shrimp
2 cloves garlic
3 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
Hot sauce to taste
2 c. celery, chopped
Parsley to taste
1 can tomato paste
1 c. green onions, chopped
3 can of water

Saute vegetables and sausage for about 30 minutes (slowly). Add tomato paste and water. Simmer 1 1/2 hours, then add shrimp and simmer 30 minutes.
