1 c. oil
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. marjoram
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. Kraft's Catalina dressing

Mix above ingredients together and marinade with lamb or beef overnight.
