EASY AND HOPEFULLY DELICIOUS
PINEAPPLE CAKE
 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)

Mix ingredients by hand. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend together and frost.
