TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes
1 container (10 1/2 oz.) Spreadery Cheese Snack med. cheddar cold pack cheese product
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. pepper

Microwave potatoes. Cut slice from top of each potato. Scoop out pulp, leaving shell. Beat pulp and next 3 ingredients until blended. Spoon mixture into shells. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until hot, rotating after 3 minutes. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
