SHRIMP MOLD | |
3 cans tiny shrimp (can substitute crab, diced) 1 can tomato soup 1 lg. and 1 sm. cream cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. diced celery 1/2 c. diced onion 1 env. unflavored gelatin, mixed with 1/4 cup boiling water Bring tomato soup to boil - beat in cream cheese until smooth - add gelatin - add celery, onion, mayonnaise and shrimp. Spray the mold with Pam. Pour into mold - refrigerate overnight. Dip mold in water to remove shrimp from mold. Serve with Tucs Butter Crackers. |
