SHOE PEG CORN SALAD 
2 cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
6 pieces celery, chopped fine
1 med. bell pepper, chopped fine
1 onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Heat dry ingredients in wine vinegar and oil until sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables and chill overnight.
