CHEESE FONDUE BAKE 
1/4 c. softened reduced fat butter
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
10 slices French bread
8 large beaten eggs
1 c. skim milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chicken broth
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Mix butter and mustard; then spread on one side of each slice of bread. Cut bread into cubes. Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk until uniform. Stir in bread cubes. Pour into a well greased baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
