CREAMY CRAB DIP 
6 to 8 oz. crab meat
12 oz. soft cream cheese
1 slice parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/8 tsp. salt & pepper

Drain crab. Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend thoroughly. Place in 2-cup container and chill thoroughly. Serve with assorted crackers.

Curried Crab Dip: Omit Tabasco and add 1 teaspoon curry powder.

Hot Mustard Dip: Omit Tabasco and add 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard.
