GOULASH 
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 lb. seashell noodles
1 can tomato sauce
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper, optional
1 c. water

In large saucepan brown ground beef. Leaving fat in pan, remove ground beef to separate plate. In ground beef fat, brown onion and green pepper. Drain off fat. Add ground beef, tomato sauce and 1 cup water to onion and green pepper. Stir well. Lower heat and add noodles. Allow to simmer approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Stir frequently. Add kidney beans. Serve hot.
