CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry Jello
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 can (2 c.) jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. apples, chopped fine

Mix Jello, salt, cinnamon and add 2 cups boiling water. Stir well. Then add cranberry sauce; mix well. Put in refrigerator until thickened a little. Then add celery and apples. I like this real well with ham or turkey and dressing.
