CHERRY PIE 
3 c. sour cherries, if canned drain juice
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
17 individual packets Equal
1/4 c. fruit juice, any kind, apple, orange
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
Countrycrock butter (optional)

Mix all ingredients in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on High, stirring several times to keep smooth. Cook until slightly thickened. Do this while preparing crust.

CRUST:

1 1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. Puritan oil
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. ice water

(Double for two crust pie).

Mix flour, oil, salt, and water together to form a ball, roll between waxed paper to handle. Place crust in pie plate, add hot filling, dot with Countrycrock butter, moisten edge of crust, add top crust, seal edges.

Microwave on High 10 minutes. Have conventional oven preheated to 400 degrees, transfer pie and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
