CHESTNUT STUFFING 
2 lbs. roasted chestnuts, chopped fine

Use bread or mashed potatoes to hold the chestnuts together. If bread is used, soak in water and press out well. If potatoes are mused, mash until creamy. Add chopped onion, 2 tablespoons sweet marjoram rubbed between the hands. Salt, pepper and pieces of butter. Mix thoroughly.
