SAUSAGE - KRAUT 
1 roll Polish sausage, cut up
1 (16 oz.) jar sauerkraut
1 lg. green pepper, cut up
1 lg. onion, cut up
Salt & pepper

Cut sausages into 1 inch slices. Place in skillet and cook until half done. Drain off grease. Add the kraut, onions, green peppers, salt and pepper (to your taste). Cook with lid on. Low temperature until done. Stir often while cooking.
