SAUSAGE KRAUT | |
2 lbs. Eckrich smoked sausage 1 glass jar Heifitz sauerkraut 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese 2 c. beef steak rye bread 1 stick butter 13 x 9 baking dish Take the crusts off of the bread. Layer the sauerkraut and the sausage in the baking dish. The sausage should be cut. Sprinkle bread crumbs and butter on the top. Bake 1/2 hour at 325 degrees. |
