SALMON SPREAD | |
1 (1 lb.) can red salmon 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp. horseradish 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. chopped nuts 3 tbsp. chopped parsley Drain, bone and flake salmon. Combine with onion, cream cheese, horseradish and lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Shape into loaf; cover with chopped nuts and fresh parsley. Chill several hours before serving. |
