SALMON PARTY SPREAD 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
Assorted crackers

Flake salmon, discarding skin and bones. In mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, lemon juice, onion and horseradish. Add salmon; mix well. Chill thoroughly.

Form salmon mixture into 8-inch long log. Combine walnuts and parsley; roll log in nuts. Cover and chill.

Serve with assorted crackers.
