SALMON PARTY LOG 
1 lb. can of salmon, drained, flake, remove bones and skin
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Combine the above ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Shape into 8x2" log.

1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley

Combine the above and roll log in mixture. Chill well - serve with crackers.
