RED SALMON PARTY LOG 
1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. Miracle Whip
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Liquid Smoke (optional)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. chopped parsley

Drain and flake salmon. Remove skin and bone. Combine next 6 ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Shape into 1 log, 8x2 inch. Roll into nuts and parsley mixture. Chill well. slice and serve with crackers.
