1 can Big John's Beans and Fixins
1 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 jar mushrooms, diced
1 sm. carrot, diced
1 tbsp. catsup or Heinz 57 sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 clove minced garlic

In baking dish mix Beans and Fixins and all ingredients listed. Top with slices of bacon or ham (fat trimmed off). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
