BRAN MUFFIN 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. 100% Bran Flakes
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 c. boiling water
2 c. Kelloggs All Bran

Pour boiling water over Bran Flakes and set aside to cool. Combine other ingredients as given, then mix in the Bran Flakes and water. This will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. When using mixture after it has been refrigerated, do not stir! Spoon very carefully into muffin cups.
