2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
Cornstarch

Preheat oven to 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Beat egg whites very, very stiff. Slowly add 3/4 cup sugar. Beat this mixture long and hard so it stands up in peaks. Fold in chips. Grease cookie sheet and dust with cornstarch. Using teaspoon place small amount of mixture on cookie sheet; turn oven off. Place cookie sheet in oven and leave in oven for 2 1/2 hours and never never open the door. Can use food coloring for holiday look.
