HEAVENLY HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (or stems and pieces)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. red wine or sherry (if desired)
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Brown ground beef; drain. Add onions and garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in seasonings, mushrooms, and soup. Simmer 10 minutes. Add sour cream, wine, and parsley. Simmer on low 5 minutes. Serve over potatoes, rice, or noodles.
