EASY HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 carton sour cream

Brown hamburger in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add onion. Cook until tender. Add soup, milk and seasonings, mixing well. Cook until heated through. Mix in sour cream. Serve with noodles. Yields 8 servings.
