HAND FREEZER ICE CREAM 
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
2-4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat ingredients together. Add part of 1/2 gallon milk. Stir and pour into freezer. Add rest of 1/2 gallon milk, more if needed to fill freezer. Freeze according to freezer directions until ready.
