ICE CREAM FOR GALLON FREEZER 
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. cream
Milk to fill freezer

Beat eggs, add sugar, vanilla, salt and cream. Beat with mixer 3 to 4 minute. Pour into freezer and fill to within 1 to 2 inches of top with milk. For those who have an intolerance to milk, use 4 cups Mocha mix for the cream and fill container with New Era milk. Start cranking!
