NO FRY PATTIES 
1 med. onion, chopped
2 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 c. oil
1/4 tsp. garlic
2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. sesame seeds or chopped pecans or almond meal

Mix first 7 ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Using 1/3 cup measure, place mixture in mounds on cookie sheet and flatten. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve with your choice of gravy.
