MEXICAN DISH 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 can Ranch Style beans
12 tortillas
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomatoes with chilies

Brown meat, onion and chili powder; layer 6 tortillas in 12 x 7 1/2 inch pan. Place meat mixture on top. Add beans and spread over meat. Sprinkle 2/3 of cheese over beans and top with remaining tortillas. Spread soup and tomatoes with chilies on tortillas. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining grated cheese.
