MEXICAN DISH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ranch style beans
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Fritos

Brown meat and onion; drain and add tomatoes, beans and soup. Layer bottom of casserole dish with Fritos. Add meat mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
