BEEF LOUISE 
2 lbs. stewing beef cubes
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 soup can water or white sauce

Mix all ingredients; put into a 2-quart casserole. Put a tight lid on it. Place in a cold oven and set temperature at 325 degrees. Bake for 3 hours. DO NOT PEEK! Serve over rice or noodles.

If you like more sauce with your noodles, experiment by adding more dry onion soup mix, canned soup and water or wine. Increase these ingredients in proportion to each other.
