BRAN MUFFINS 
DRY:

7 1/2 c. Bran
4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

WET:

1 c. raw sugar
1 3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
3 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. Black Strap molasses
1 1/2 c. honey

LAST:

1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix with your hands. Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix some more. Grease tins with butter. Put in muffin tins and then put a mound on top. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 340 degrees. Makes 16 muffins.
