CHICKEN CURRY 
1 lb. chicken breast
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Heat vegetable oil in frying pan, add chicken (cut in cubes), sprinkle in spices, brown chicken on both sides and keep turning as needed. In about 15 minutes it will be ready. Beat if eaten over rice.
