BEEF RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. Minute Rice
1 can onion soup (add no water)

Heat water, butter, and bouillon cubes until it melts. Add Minute Rice and onion soup. Stir and pour into casserole. Don't add salt. Cover and cook 1 hour at 325 degrees in oven.
