MARINATED VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
Use any fresh vegetables (tomatoes, onions, cauliflower, etc.)

1 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. red wine salad vinegar
1 tsp. nature's seasoning
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/3 c. sugar or 5 to 6 pkgs. sweetener

Mix ingredients well. Pour over vegetables. Stir, seal, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Stir and serve.
